B1602 A324 705 SPACE

Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to negotiate a Total Small Business Set Aside, Firm Fixed Price contract.

NSWCCD has been tasked to procure a firm fixed price type contract for an office renovation to make B1602 Room A324 with a tempest mitigated ICD 705-compliant space. 

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors.  The current size standard is $22 million.  The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5670, Building Components Prefabricated.

A complete RFQ package will be available by downloading the documents in the PIEE Solicitation Module on or around 05 August 2025.

The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form.  

Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the PIEE Solicitation Module; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations.
