Under this Solicitation Notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P620B0022 for bidding purposes. Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for the construction project entitled, “Bailey Lift Station – Section 219, Lake Station, Lake County, Indiana (USACE Acquisition)."

PROJECT INFORMATION: Under the contract, the contractor will replace the Bailey Pump Station with a new 400 gpm pump station. The lift station is sized to accommodate additional flow from the growth in the area.

ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for Small Business Concerns.

The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237110, with a small business size standard in dollars of $39.5 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00.

The Solicitation (Invitation for Bids –“IFB”) is downloadable from this INTERNET Site ONLY. The project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

At the date of issuance of this IFB, bids are due prior to 2:00 p.m. (Central time) on September 10, 2020.
