Note Section L.17 for Site Visit and Proposal Questions, site visits are by appointment

should be limited. Any questions asked during the site visit and any questions related to the
solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer (KO) in writing.
Please note Section L.19 for Proposal Preparation Instructions and Section L.4 for where
and when to submit your proposal. The proposal due date is scheduled for September 19th, 2025
at 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Any information received and not included in an amendment will
not be considered as part of the solicitation and subsequent contract.
