This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supplies or services. Further, respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested partys expense. Background The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO) leads the integration of federal EEO requirements within the agency's workforce, environment, and strategic initiatives. OEEO' s mission includes annually reviewing and assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of PBGC' s overall agency programs pursuant to EEOC Management Directive 715 (MD-715). PBGCs OEEO is seeking to reach parity in specific gender, cultural, racial and disability groups that are currently underrepresented multiple areas and leadership positions within the agency. Purpose The OEEO's Affirmative Employment Program (AEP) is seeking contractor support services to discover and communicate findings in a Barrier and Trend Analysis Report to determine whether management or personnel policy, procedures, and practices have operated to disadvantage any group based on race, national origin, gender, or disability. In addition to the discovery and communication of findings, the results of the Barrier and Trend Analysis Report will recommend resolution strategies that OEEOs AEP can implement to resolve and mitigate any policy, procedure or practice that is not in accordance with MD-715. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only to identify sources that can provide customer support services to PBGC. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. PBGC has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as a such a commitment or authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought.
