Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, labor, supervision, and required certifications to gas free, vacuum/clean, dispose of wastewater/sludge and CCTV approximately 1,000 linear feet of 24” underground piping. Located at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville Rd, Elizabeth City NC 27909 A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. All quotes must be submitted by 1200 Eastern Time on Nov 15, 2023. All quotes must be submitted via email to Tami.N.Crooks@uscg.mil . This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 541350. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Refer to Section L, 52.237-27, for site visit information. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than 1200 Nov 9, 2023.  An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.
