BASE EXTERIOR SIGNAGE UPGRADES

1. GENERAL INFORMATION:
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 

2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
This is a non-personal services contract to provide refurbishment upgrades to existing exterior signage and new base-wide exterior signage at the 183d Wing (183WG), Springfield, IL.

• Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services to provide refurbishment upgrades to existing exterior signage and new base-wide exterior signage at the 183WG.
• NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction
• Product Service Code (PSC): Y1JZ - Maintenance/Repair/Alteration of residential buildings

3. PROCURED UNDER STREAMLINED RFO PROCEDURES:
Once released, the formal solicitation will be executed as an RFQ utilizing the streamlined commercial and simplified acquisition procedures established under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.

4. TIMELINE & ACTION:

• Site Visit: We be held 11 August 2026 at 13:00, See solicitation for more information
• Set-Aside: This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
