BASE LIFE SUPPORT SERVICES IN PORT MORESBY, LAE, AND WEWAK, PNG

The U.S. Government intends to procure non-personal Base Life Support (BLS) services for personnel in Port Moresby, Lae, and Wewak, Papua New Guinea. Services include, but are not limited to, providing latrines, tents, waste disposal, and facility management.

This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government will issue the solicitation on a limited competitive basis directly to holders of existing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). This approach is considered the most efficient and economical method for this requirement, as these sources have already been qualified.

If your company is interested in becoming a BPA holder, please contact the Point of Contact (POC) designated in this notice. BPAs are reviewed annually and the government may consider the possibility of adding additional BPA holders if it is in the best interest of the government.
