BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS (BESS)

Amendment 0002 

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO:
1. REVISE ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1, VOLUME I, PARAGRAPH (E)
2. REVISE ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2, PARAGRAPH (B)

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged unless specifically modified by this or subsequent amendments.

Amendment 0001: This amendment is issued to modify the solicitation as follows:

1) Correct CLIN 0005: The estimated quantity for CLIN 0005, 'Site Clearing and Preparation', is decreased from 1,040 cubic meters (m3) to 260 cubic meters (m3). The revised calculation is based on 65m3 per plot for four (4) plots, for a total of 260m3.

2) Update Product Service Code (PSC): The Product Service Code on the solicitation's cover page is changed from PSC 6130 to PSC 6140, 'Rechargeable Batteries.'

3) Add Attachments to the Statement of Work (SOW): The following eight (8) attachments, which are integral to the Statement of Work, are hereby added to the solicitation and are now available for download on the official SAM.gov solicitation page:
