BD PARATA INTELLICAB WILL CALL SYSTEMS, AUTONOTIFY SERVICE

The Medical Services Branch, Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price, Purchase Order, on a sole source basis to GSL Solutions, Inc., 4018 NE 112th Ave. Ste. D9 Vancouver, WA 98682, utilizing the authority of Title 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.103-1(b): For purchases available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is for an Auto Notify service which is an add-on notification service that enables patients to receive automated calls or text messages when their prescription(s) are ready for pickup.  The AutoNotify service is not standalone software and does not require installation on any system.  The contractor shall provide all required non-personal services, supplies, materials, transportation, and any other items necessary to provide maintenance and support for the AutoNotify service. This includes automated text and voice messaging services for customers at various military base pharmacies.

The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1(b): For purchases available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
