Quantity options of 50,000 CY, 91,000 CY, 182,000 CY, and 250,000 CY will be included to place more sand depending on bid prices received and sand need. Sand must come from the offshore borrow area. Trucking in sand will not be permitted under this contract. DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE OF THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: $20,000,000 and $40,000,000. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 96 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Bidders are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov) and PIEE at the time a bid is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Registration for PIEE is required as this is the only place bids shall be submitted. Bids must be submitted in PIEE Solicitation Module.
