The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a Confined Space Rescue Team as part of a conduit inspection of the B. Everett Jordan Dam.

Period of Performance: Not to exceed 5 days from 4 January 2026 to 1 March 2026, B. Everett Jordan Dam, Moncure, North Carolina.

This solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-4, addenda are attached.

This solicitation incorporates FAR 52.212-2. Evaluation factors included in paragraph (a) are:

• The offeror is registered in SAM with no active exclusions.
• The contractor has provided documentation of training and certification in Confined Space Entry and Rescue at the time of Quote.
• The contractor has provided a valid State and/or Federal Photo Identification for each team member at the time of Quote.
