Description of Services: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is the world’s largest printer of security documents which includes United States currency. The BEP consist of two buildings: the Annex and the Main building, each covering a city block. The purpose of this requirement is to provide 500 parking spaces for the BEP employees at the DCF in the Washington, D.C. area. The parking spaces shall be located within a ¼ mile radius from BEP facilities located at 14th and C Streets, S.W., Washington, D.C.
Period of Performance: Base Year 8 November 2025 – 7 November 2026
Option Year I 8 November 2026 – 7 November 2027
Option Year II 8 November 2027 – 7 November 2028
