At a minimum, proposed solutions must be able to meet the following critical threshold requirements: Negative Pressure: -2.5 Pa (? -0.01 in. w.g.) differential Air Exchange: ?12 Air Changes per Hour (ACH) Filtration: 99.97% efficiency for 0.3-micron particles Compatibility: Must integrate with and be reversible for the standard TMT60 tent system 2. Acquisition Approach & Submission Instructions This acquisition will be conducted as a two-step process with the intent to award multiple Prototype OTAs. This approach encourages participation from non-traditional defense contractors and small businesses. Step 1: Solution Briefs: Interested parties are invited to submit a Solution Brief package. This initial submission consists of two files: A Solution Brief (15-page limit) detailing the technical merit, credibility, feasibility, and innovation of the proposed solution.
