BITUMINOUS COAL

The Contractor shall provide 1000 tons of Bituminous Stoker Coal 1 ½”x ¼” with a 10% variance by truck to Malmstrom AFB Central Heating Plant. All coal shall be sprayed with non-oil based dust suppression. The Contractor shall guarantee the coal will meet the provided specifications to be proven by a relative sample of 50 lbs per every 1000 tons produced to be tested by a laboratory.

The proposed price shall be firm-fixed-price for the entire requirement.

All companies must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered for award. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. Invoice instruction shall be provided at time of award.

Base Access: All personnel requesting access to Malmstrom Air Force Base must possess a valid State or Government picture identification card. Furthermore, individuals presenting identification cards from a state that is non-compliant with the REAL ID Act will require additional documentation to gain unescorted base access. Additional documentation includes a valid U.S. or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or identification cards issued by federal, state or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information.
