Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Setup for Bottled Drinking Water Supply Services for the Residences at U.S. Bi-Missions, Jakarta - INDONESIA

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta invites drinking water companies to participate in a Solicitation for the provision of 19-L refills and additional 19-L bottles, as well as 600 ml and 330 ml bottled drinking water supply services, as detailed in the attached documents.

The Vendor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the solicitation document. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. Request for Quotation (RFQ) has been launched and can be downloaded below.

Please note the following information when participating in this bidding:

• Experience and Qualifications of Contractor: Bidders must have at least five (5) years’ experience in supplying drinking water in Indonesia. Bidders must provide evidence of their ability to maintain high quality drinking water standards.
• Vendor must have service support in Jakarta, Indonesia [Mandatory].
• Overseas vendors indent to participate in this bid must provide documents in support of their claim of available service support in Jakarta. Failure of submission will result in decline of Quote.

The Solicitation closes on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 by 1600 hrs (WIB), which means all offers must be received by/before deadline. Read the RFQ for complete details.
