Updated Information:
The new barracks will be constructed east of Bldg 212, in the large grass area on the southern corner of Colmar Ave (formerly 6th Ave) and Bundy Ave. 6th Ave has been renamed to Colmar Ave; however, public maps have not been updated to reflect this change.
The new building and all other proposed vertical structures must be sited a minimum of 50ft away from high voltage power lines.
Sections 2.4 and 2.5 of the solicitation were revised for clarity.
