Synopsis:

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport, is issuing this sources sought notice to conduct market research and identify parties with the capability to perform specific renovations.

The required services include the installation of new kitchen counters and a sink, as well as the complete recarpeting of a conference room.

This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Pursuant to DFARS 204.75 an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X (check for each requirement what level of CMMC is required) is required before a contractor can be considered for award. The contracting team will check each offeror's CMMC level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) after offers have been submitted but prior to contract award. Any offerors that are determined not to have an approved CMMC will be ineligible for award. All documentation shall become the property of the Government.  The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this sources sought notice.  All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response is not a request to be considered for a contract award.  If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced later via the Government-wide point of entry and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this sources sought notice.  Response to this notice is not a request to be added to a bidders list or to receive a copy of a solicitation.
