Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM 2. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 14 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay interim invoices. 3. FAR Part 36 - Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts 4. Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction $45. 5. Award of this contract will be on a Price and Other Factors basis. An award will be made to the Contractor whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government based upon Price and Other Factors. Low price will be the deciding factor among similarly graded, technically acceptable offers. No award will be made above the available budget or at a price that can't be determined to be fair and reasonable. Vendors are required to submit the following information or will be rated non-responsive. 1. Technical approach to performing the work a. Provide technical narrative of execution plan in the bid package b. Identify planned equipment and construction schedule 2. Past Government Experience a. Describe past experience with government agencies and public lands; provide references. Include any past experience with the BLM Colorado 3. Past Project Experience a. List 3 comparable projects you have performed in the past 3 years. Indicate location, scope of work and dollar amount of each project. Indicate key employee¿s role on these projects b. Provide a reference or contact name and phone number for each project listed above, references shall be reviewed and rated to assess technical expertise 4. Submit a resume for the contracting company who will be performing the work and describe their expertise for this kind of work.
