The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621511- "Medical Laboratories." The Small Business Size Standard is $41.5 Million.

Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the company's capability and responsibility to provide and deliver the products listed below. A response to this sources sought notice will be interpreted as confirmation that the respondent is interested and will likely provide a proposal/quote in response to a solicitation when issued. If your company is unlikely to respond to a solicitation but is providing information for future use, please indicate such. In response to this notice, interested parties must submit a written capability statement (please limit it to 5 pages) and include the following information:
Interested parties shall respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than 21 May 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. All interested businesses must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
