    Description

    The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division- Southeast intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)), soliciting from a single source.  The proposed source is Creative Testing Solutions (Cage Code: 5ZNQ0), 2424 W Erie Dr., Tempe AZ 85282-3113.

    The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division- Southeast has a requirement for transportation, packaging supplies, and testing for the Blood Donor Center at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL). The transportation, packaging supplies, and testing services are for Blood Donor Panel (HIV-1/2, HTLV-I/II, HBsAg, HCV, HBc, HIV/HCV/HBV NAT (Pool), WNV (Pool), ABO/Rh, AB Screen, Syphilis, CMV)), T. Cruzi (Chagas), Antibody Titers, HLA 1-2, Babesia, and West Nile virus. The blood testing services, collect blood samples, and results must be within 24 hours of a pick-up request.

    There are not set-aside restrictions for this requirement.  The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621511.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement.  However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
