THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair the seat angle support plate for the overhead boat hoist. Contractor will perform inspection, general servicing, and load test of boat hoist to verify operation and certify rated capacity. All work will be performed in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact and in accordance with the Statement of Work. Repairs will be completed in accordance with these specifications, local, state and federal laws.
