BOISE NATIONAL FOREST GLORIA FORD ESTATE DECOMMISSIONING

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LR26Q0013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Boise National Forest Gloria Ford Estate Decommissioning.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238910 Site Preparation Contractors.  The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

There is no planned site visit for this solicitation. Potential bidders may visit the site at their own convenience.

Please note:

Complete quote packages will contain a completed Schedule of Items and a technical approach. 

• A completed Schedule of Items must be submitted as a separate attachment. 
• A completed Technical Approach must be submitted as a separate attachment.
• Incomplete quote packages will not be considered

AMENDED 5/08/2026

The purpose of this amendment is replace the SOW in it’s entirety, post Question and Answers and extend the quote due date to May 19, 2026 at 5:00 MDT. MUST SIGN AND DATE AND RETURN FORM SF30 WITH QUOTE TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLIANT.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
