See the attached Amendment for RSVP requirements and location details.  ------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24Q0093 is for the load testing and report of Bridge Crane 3 at Bonneville Dam Powerhouse 2 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). See CLIN 0001 in the Attached RFQ. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Drawings for all specifications and periods of performance. This advertisement will result in one Firm Fixed Price award. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02. This solicitation is advertised as 100% Small Business Set-aside under NAICS Code 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors (SB Size Standard $22M in annual receipts). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.  Submittal Date: Quotes are to be submitted to john.r.scukanec@usace.army.mil, NLT 12:00PM PST on 03 June 2024. Written quotes will not be accepted. Please submit any questions to John Scukanec. Period of Performance: All testing and final test report must be completed within 10 weeks from award of contract. Anticipated award is 10 June 2024. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ.  Contractor Qualifications Requirements:  The contractor must be able to provide information that shows at least 3 successful load tests of similar scope within the last 4 years.
