    This Sources Sought Notice is issued as a combination Request for Information (RFI) and a Sources Sought Notice in conjunction with other on-going market research actions for early industry engagement and input on the VA’s requirement for contractor supported services of the Bosch Intrusion Alarm System (Model B8512G) installed in the DLS facility in Golden, CO. The VA’s DLS facility is located at 555 Corporate Circle, Golden, Colorado, 80401. The Government intends to issue single award contract for the DLS Bosch Intrusion Alarm System services at a future date. The VA DLS facilities staff and the Contracting Team at the VA’s Commodities and Services Acquisition Service (CSAS) are in the initial acquisition planning phase of the procurement of contractor supported services to ensure that the DLS facility has a reliable and functional intrusion alarm system through the delivery of diligent contractor supported services, which provides the full spectrum of required maintenance services (e.g., preventative maintenance activities, corrective maintenance activities, and system operability testing actions), that are accompanied by a rapid and efficient contractor support response to system failures and anomalies in the alarm system operation.

The Government has a compelling urgency to initiate a competitive procurement action to fulfill this request for contractor support services at our Golden, Colorado facility, please submit your responses as soon as practicable, but no later than Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 3:00PM CST. Please ensure that your organization’s name, address, and designated points of contract are included in all correspondence with the Government concerning this Request for Information.
