BPA FOR VARIOUS BIO-MED SUPPLIES AT THE KAYENTA HEALTH CENTER

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC), located in Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award to Bighorn Ridgerunners, LLC, UEI Number L773U1K5BJR3, for various maintenance supplies inclusive of repair supplies, replacement batteries, electrical supplies, disposable tools, PPE, cleaning supplies, waste containers, etc. to be ordered on an as needed basis to maintain medical equipment at the facility. Period of Performance shall be issued as a Base plus two (2) option years, for a duration of one year from date of award. In accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1), for purchases above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) but not exceeding $7.5M, Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Bighorn Ridgerunners, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EDT on Friday 08/22/2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
