BRIDGE: OUSW(I&S) PROGRAMS, RESOURCES, AND ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT (PREM)

This is not a request for quote/proposal. Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) Enterprise, intends to do the following:  Award a short-term sole source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor, Celeen, LLC (Celeen).  [CAGE: 681E1; 2 Matts Path, Mashantucket, CT, United States]. The Contractor previously performed these services under, Contract 47QRAD20D1016, Task Order HQ0034-21-F-0371, until services concluded on February 28, 2026. The anticipated period of performance for the bridge effort is for a total of 2 months with a one-month option period, from March 6, 2026, to April 5, 2026. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling urgency.
