    The Department of Energy (DOE) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) only and will not accept any proposals at this time. If the vendors wish to do so, they may submit a capabilities statement along with the RFI.

    The main reqirements for this project are listed below:

    • Item 1: Achieve Durable Asphalt Surface Restoration.
      • Performance Standard: The contractor shall thoroughly prepare all asphalt surfaces, remove vegetation, seal cracks, patch areas as specified, and apply two layers of asphalt sealer to all designated areas, including the asphalt ramp, to create a durable, sealed surface.
    • Item 2: Implement Clear and Compliant Parking Lot Markings.
      • Performance Standard: The contractor shall re-stripe all parking spaces in white, no-parking hatched areas in yellow, paint handicap symbols, and add "COMPACT" lettering as indicated on the provided drawings.
    • Item 3: Ensure Effective Stormwater Drainage Functionality.
      • Performance Standard: The contractor shall remove concrete for new concrete placement and compact gravel/broken pavement as necessary to restore and enhance stormwater drainage along the Warehouse Road side of Building 1916-T2.
