BUILDING 200 DRAINAGE ROOF REPAIRS AMERICAN LAKE VA - WASHINGTON STATE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12, Streamlined Procedures in accordance with FAR 12 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Solicitation 36C26026Q0297 is issued as a request for Quotation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested. This solicitation is issued as A SDVOSB set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 238160 and small business size $19 Million USD. 

DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle, WA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide gutter replacement and roof repair services.

A site visit will be conducted for this requirement on 03/24/2026 at the American Lake Campus from 08:00 a.m. PST to 11:00 a.m. See Attachment Site Visit Instructions for advanced scheduling notice required.
