This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The 633d Contracting Squadron is soliciting a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Building 300 Security Monitoring and Maintenance services for Joint Base Langley Air Force Base. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The period of performance will be for one base year and four one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for 24/7 Security System Management, Maintenance, Call Center, Personnel Training, and Repairs to the ACC/A589S offsite facility at 300 Exploration Way, Hampton, Virginia, 23666, in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. The systems which shall be maintained are pre-existing, government-owned equipment and software, hereafter referred to as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The systems comprise of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Access Control System (ACS) - C-CURE and iSTAR - and a Digital CCTV System which shall continuously connect to the Hampton Police and Fire Departments.
