BUILDING 518--POWER GENERATOR PLANT MAINTENANCE

This sources sought notice is for market research purposes only. No contract award will be made based upon any response to this notice.

SCOPE OVERVIEW

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to operate, maintain, and repair the electric generating plant (B518) at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE. The Contractor shall operate, maintain, install, refuel, and repair energized and de-energized facility and power distribution components for electric circuits, electric control systems, and associated equipment. The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and replace all electric generating plants, electrical systems, facilities, and spaces.

Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an estimated requirement scope. The actual scope of the requirement may increase or decrease prior to contract award.

SET-ASIDE

The government anticipates a 100% Total Small Business set-aside for this requirement. Information is requested from interested parties regarding their small business status and socio-economic categories to help determine the set-aside for the acquisition.

INSTRUCTIONS

Interested parties shall submit a response to this sources sought showing the following:

1. Interest
   1. Interested parties shall submit a brief statement showing their interest in a potential future contract of a similar nature and scope.
2. Capability
   1. Interested parties shall submit a relevant capability statement or narrative showing they have capabilities to perform a contract of this scope
3. Past Performance
   1. Interested parties shall submit 2-3 examples of past performance. These past performance examples shall be of a similar size, scope, and complexity. Experience in other State, Local, or Federal government buildings is preferred. Interested parties may send a general company capability statement with past performance examples to satisfy this requirement.
4. Questions and Feedback
   1. Interested parties may submit questions regarding the requirement and/or industry feedback on the contents of the draft PWS
