BUILDING EMERGENCY EVACUATION MAPPING

This is a Sources Sought announcement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, and is in anticipation of a potential future procurement program. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest to provide the following mapping services.

Vendor shall provide an interior drawing of all buildings showing how many workstations and or desks in each room. Vendor will also provide Building Emergency Evacuation Maps with frames for all buildings, a total of 25 buildings on three (3) installations: Naval Base San Diego, Naval Air Sation North Island (NI), and Naval Base Point Loma (PL). The vendor will provide digital copies of the floor plans and evacuation plans using either Visio or CAD software.

SWRMC is seeking small business vendors within a 100 mile radius, with the capability to provide the previously mentioned services under applicable NAICS 541370. Interested companies should submit a letter of interest including the company’s name, SAM Unique Entity ID number, business size, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of the company point of contact, along with a brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work to include any lead times, if the information is available.

The information submitted will be used for acquisition planning purposes. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement. Responses to this announcement are voluntary and are of no cost to the Government.
