Upon complete removal of the wedge barriers and components, installation of Hysecurity StrongArm M30 and M50 barriers shall be installed to provide a secure environment to the garage. Currently the existing wedge barriers are inoperable due to current power issues and heavy rust corrosion. The existing setup also does not include safety devices to ensure the safe operation of the wedge barriers to life and property. The USMS require Hysecurity Strong Arm drop arm to provide acceptable operation due to the environmental conditions and proven operation. This project includes a design and construction of a new Active behicular barrier (AVB) system and supporting infrastructure at the garage entrace and exist. Only electrical contractor is required to be USMS approved.
