    Description of Requirement.

    The Contractor shall provide all personnel and Personal Protective Equipment for
    those personnel to wash and lubricate C-130 aircraft assigned to the 302nd Maintenance Squadron (MXS) on
    Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO in accordance with Attachment 1 - C-130 Wash and Lubrication
