The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) posted formal competitive solicitation N0001924R0007 to the Solicitation Module of the U.S. Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website for the procurement of services in support of US NAVY T56-A-16 Power Section Engine Module Upgrade to T56-A-16A (Series 3.5) for C/KC-130T aircraft. (Reference related presolicitation notice N00019-22-REFPREQ-APM207-0771 posted to SAM.gov website on 04 Jan 2023.) This acquisition is a total small business set aside that will result in placement of a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a four (4) year ordering period. The PIEE website is https://wawf.eb.mil.  Web Based Training for registration and proposal submission is available as a separate portal on the main page of the site or by visiting https://pieetraining.eb.mil/wbt/.  Planned award timeframe is October 2024 – May 2025.  All proposals must be UNCLASSIFIED.  Proposals are due not later than 2:00 pm Eastern Time on 06 June 2024.  Please refer to Section L (Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Bidders) of Solicitation N0001924R0007 for detailed instruction to Offerors.
