USPFO for California – Purchasing and Contracting is investigating the market capability to provide medical surveillance services.  All interested parties should provide a response as indicated below.

Responses to this Sources Sought shall be provided as described herein. Interested parties shall submit responses in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Adobe Acrobat. Responses shall be limited to 3 pages with Arial font greater than or equal to 12 pt.

PART I: Company Information

10. Ability to provide the services as detailed in the attached draft PWS.
