CSOSA Cable Televisions and Internet Cable Modem Services

This is a notice of intent to sole source for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Cable Television and Internet Cable Modem Services.

The CSOSA intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source is reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements.

The CSOSA anticipates the award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Comcast Government Services, LLC, Reston VA.

The CSOSA has a requirement for the installation of High Definition Cable Television (TV) services in CSOSA office locations and Internet Modem services in CSOSA office locations. The anticipated period of performance is one year, from March 27, 2026, through March 26, 2027. It is anticipated a firmed fixed price Purchase Order.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
