CAC HEATING AND ROOFING

The purpose of this requirement is the renovation of Building 1300 at Eielson AFB Alaska. The scope of work includes: converting the steam boiler to a hydronic boiler system; testing and balancing(TAB) of all HVAC; repairing domestic water system; testing of fire suppression systems; repairing fire pumps; and replaceing the roof, all roof drains, and interior rain leaders.

A site visit will be conducted on 4 June 2025 @ 9:00am AKDT
Participants will meet at- 
Building 2310 Central Ave. parking lot and will then caravan to the construction location.

Questions are due no later than 11 June 2025 at 02:00PM AKDT. All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation and posted to SAM.gov website.

A. The NAICS code is 236210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45M.

B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.

C. See Section J for the List Attachments.

D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102.

E. IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted. Bids must be submitted via email to the following Org Box: 354CONS.PKA.MonitorConstruction@us.af.mil;

F. Bid opening will be conducted at Building 2310 Central Ave 3rd floor conference room. A teams meeting will be conducted for those attending virtually.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an effort for any costs.
