Prototype Project solutions related to FTAS will provide information useful in making early assessments of a technology's potential contributions to the Army's S&T strategy. The Government anticipates awarding multiple Prototype Project Other Transactions (OTs) (10 USC 4022) in response to this Call, but reserves the right to make one award, or no awards.
