The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Callyo for the purpose of providing Phone service that allows enforcement personnel to make recorded UC phone calls. Make recorded phone calls and text messages to CSs for discovery purposes. Allows phones to be used as covert transmitters. New Jersey Division Office that will ensure employees can complete their work in a timely manner.  All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice. The proposed purchase order is to render prepaid toll road usage for assigned to official government vehicles for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Callyo. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act 41 USC 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Justification for the determination is attached. A Limited Source Document was approved by the Contracting Officer pursuant to FAR 13.501(a)(2) (i), the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source. Pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1 (a)(2), full and open competition need not be provided for when the supplies or services are available from only one responsible source

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not an RFQ.
