CAMPGROUND AND BOAT LAUNCH PAVING, WINHALL BROOK CAMPING AREA AND BALL MOUNTAIN LAKE, SOUTH LONDONDERRY AND JAMAICA, VT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Campground and Boat Launch Paving, Winhall Brook Camping Area and Ball Mountain Lake, South Londonderry and Jamaica, VT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following preparation and asphalt installation work within the Winhall Brook Camping Area and Ball Mountain Lake project area:

1. Prepare existing gravel surfacing and earthen material within the indicated areas of the turnaround and parking area expansion at the end of the south side access road, to a depth suitable to accommodate new hot mix bituminous concrete pavement.
2. Provide and install new hot mix bituminous concrete pavement within the prepared areas of the turnaround and parking area expansion at the end of the south side access road.
3. The Government may choose to exercise the option of additional work for the repairs and preparation and installation of asphalt pavement within specified areas of the boat launch road at Ball Mountain Lake.
4. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
