Concession contracts involve the direct sale of supplies or services to authorized NAFI patrons. Payment provisions of concession contracts shall specify the terms by which the contrator (concessionaire) shall pay the NAFI a fee. This Request for Proposal is in accordance with AR 215-4. This is an Army Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) solicitation and is not subject to the FAR and the other Appropriated Funds (APF) provisions.
