The Government anticipates awarding a hybrid contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) for services and Time and Materials (CLIN) for Travel. The contract will include an 11-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The effort will include a 14-day phase-in period prior to the start of the base period. The anticipated performance start of the phase in period is August 1, 2025, with the base period beginning on August 16, 2025. The Contractor shall commence services after contract award.
