    Description

    Columbus Air Force Base requires a 7-point Carbon Monoxide (CO) detection system with central monitoring capabilities. The central monitoring system must provide a comprehensive overview of CO levels across the entire range and trigger audible and visual alarms in the event of dangerous CO concentrations. The system must meet or exceed the following specifications: 
     

      System Components:
    ·    87 Digital / 12 Analog Inputs with 3 Relays, 10A SPDT, Dual 24VDC Outputs, and LCD Display
    ·    Power Supply: 115VAC-60HZ, 6AMP with 4 Outlets at 24VDC
    ·    Alert Beacon: Audible Horn and Blue Light Strobe Combo
    ·    Fixed Gas Detector: Wall-mounted, 4-20mA with 2 Relays and 5A SPDT 12-24VAC/12-32VDC, 0-200PPM
    ·    Module Bus Adapter: Signal Converter (4-20mA Analog to Digital)
    ·    Calibration Kit: Tygon 2ft Cal Hood with 0.2LPM Regulator for CO Calibration Tests
    ·    CO Cylinder: 17L 200PPM Bump Calibration Cylinder
     
       Quantity:

    ·    7 complete CO Detection Monitor Systems

     
    The contractor shall:
    ·    Supply the specified CO Detection Monitor System.
    ·    Deliver the system to Columbus Air Force Base, MS, Building 223, CATM Section Chief.
    ·    Install and test the system to ensure proper functionality.
    ·    Provide training to designated 14 SFS personnel on the system's operation and maintenance.
