CATHOLIC ADMINISTRATIVE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION COORDINATION

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordination (CAREC) services at USAG-Italy Vicenza Military Community. This role involves assisting the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious services in accordance with the Roman Catholic Church's guidelines, Archdiocese for the Military Services policies, Army Regulation 165-1, and Installation Chaplain Policies.

The Contractor shall provide Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordination to the USAG-Italy Religious Support Office (RSO). This is a non-personal services contract between the USAG-Italy RSO and the Contractor to perform tasks and provide deliverables identified herein. The Contractor shall become knowledgeable of the Catholic Community and Garrison Religious Support program through the review of SOPs, program schedules, etc. The Contractor shall create and provide a weekly bulletin and announcements as well as assist with Community Event Coordination and Publicity. The Contractor shall maintain the Catholic Community Registration as well as collect and support Sacramental Records. All services should be conducted in alignment with the Archdiocese for Military Service (AMS) requirements.
