This requirement is for the Contractor to serve as the Roman Catholic Priest for the members of the Catholic Community at Space Base Delta 1(SBD 1) and be responsible for the completion of all services outlined in accordance with Attachment 1, PWS. The Contractor shall plan, organize, and coordinate activities for the Catholic community with assistance from the Catholic Parish Advisory Council (CPAC). The Contractor’s areas of responsibility include presiding at all required Catholic liturgical, worship and religious rites/activities. All solicitation details are outlined in the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation document. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via e-mail by 20 October 2025 at 1000 MT. All quotations should be sent to, TSgt Holly Hepler at holly.hepler@spaceforce.mil AND Capt Adam Brewer at adam.brewer.4@spaceforce.mil, before the due date and time specified. All questions regarding the RFQ package must be submitted to the above e-mail addresses by 28 July 2025 at 1000 MT. Any questions asked over the telephone will not be answered. Any questions received after this date and time may not be answered.
