This requirement will be updated as soon as answers have been received. __________________________________________________________________ The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Catholic Religious Education Coordinator services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. The contractor is responsible to provide Catholic Religious Education opportunities for Altus Air Force Base. Performance is in accordance with accepted guidelines provided by Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) USA, 52 series of Air Force Instructions (AFI), MAJCOM supplements and Altus Air Force Base Chapel Operating Instructions, and in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 1 May 2025 at 1500 CST (3:00PM CST). This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611710. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
