Provide preventative maintenance/inspection on a quarterly basis, collecting all projectiles from the bullet trap; collecting lead dust particles from the bullet trap and Dust Collector Unit (DCU); providing periodic scheduled maintenance to the system in accordance with Attachment 1 - PWS CATM Range (Revised 28FEB2025), Attachment 2 Wage Determination and Attachment 3 Provisions and Clauses. BEST VALUE DETERMINATION: Award will be based on price/technical to determine best value. IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES: A site visit is scheduled for 1:00 PM CST on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. RSVP is required by close of business on Monday, May 12, 2025, so that adequate arrangements can be made. The site visit may be canceled if no RSVPs are received. Those planning to attend should meet at the West Gate Visitor Center no later than 12:30 PM CST for base access processing. Departure for the site is promptly at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. Questions will be due no later than COB on Monday, 19 May 2025. Answers will be posted on or around 4:00 PM CST on Friday, 23 May 2025.
