CENSITRAC SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity – Healthcare Contracting Division - South intends to award a sole source requirement for the CensiTrac subscription to Censis Technologies, Inc.  (Cage Code: 3X0G1). This subscription will provide software updates, data security patches, user licenses, and technical support for the 96th Medical Group Sterile Processing Department at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 513210, Software Publishers; the business size standard is $47,000,000.

The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Other than Full and Open Procedure IAW FAR part 6 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to provide the CensiTrac subscription service. If no affirmative written responses are received by 3:00 P.M. (CST) on March 25, 2026, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
