    SITE VISIT - 11 AUG 2026 @ 1300.

    The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to remove the existing 10 kW UPS system and install a new scalable 20 kW UPS system.

    Key scope items include:

    • Demolition and removal of one (1) existing 10 kW Liebert EXM UPS in SWITCH Room 118, including associated equipment and maintenance bypass panelboard.
    • Site and electrical preparation for the new system.
    • Installation of one (1) new scalable 20 kW UPS System (configured for 20 kVA/kW, scalable up to 30 kVA/kW for future expansion).
    • Sealing of all wall/floor/ceiling penetrations to meet existing fire and assembly ratings.
    • Full system adjustments, load balancing, and operational testing by factory-trained field service personnel.

    Period of Performance: 120 days or less after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
