    Description

    Remove Existing Unit:
    - Safely disconnect and remove the existing systems, including all associated components (e.g., duct connections, gas line, electrical wiring,
    venting).
    - Properly dispose of the old sytems and all associated waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
    Replace Components:
    - Install the new furnace according to the manufacturer's specifications and all applicable codes and regulations. The new systems shall be of an
    equivalent spec (e.g., Natural Gas, furnace with an 80/90 BTU/hr input and a 96% efficiency rating. The make and model are Lennox
    G61MPV-60C-090-07.
    - Connect the new natural gas unit to existing gas lines, water lines, electrical (if required) and venting system, ensuring proper fittings and seals.
    - Connect the systems to the existing ductwork, gas line, electrical connections, and venting system
    - Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.
    - Inspect the existing ductwork for leaks, damage, and proper insulation.
    - Clean the work area, removing any debris or leftover materials.
    - Contractor responsible for disposing of old hot water heaters
    Program new controls on EMCS.
    - Follow existing programming for new systems install, with same parameters.
